Delete your SQFT account
Applies to the SQFT website and the SQFT mobile app (Google Play and App Store).
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to info@sqftjo.com from the email address linked to your SQFT account.
- Use the subject "Delete my SQFT account" and include your name, your username, and your property or unit.
- We confirm your identity by replying to that email, then delete your account.

What is deleted
- Your login and account profile (name, email, phone number, username).
- Personal details you added, such as emergency contacts and uploaded documents.
- Your access to the SQFT website and app ends straight away.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Financial records the law requires us or your property owner to keep, such as payment receipts and invoices, are kept only for the period the law requires and then deleted.
- If you are a tenant, your property owner may keep their own lease and rent records for their legal and accounting needs.

حذف حسابك في SQFT
- أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى info@sqftjo.com من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك في SQFT.
- اكتب في الموضوع "حذف حسابي في SQFT"، واذكر اسمك واسم المستخدم والعقار أو الوحدة.
- نتحقق من هويتك بالرد على بريدك، ثم نحذف حسابك.
ما الذي يُحذف
- بيانات الدخول وملفك الشخصي (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف واسم المستخدم).
- البيانات الشخصية التي أضفتها، مثل جهات الاتصال للطوارئ والمستندات المرفوعة.
- ينتهي وصولك إلى موقع وتطبيق SQFT فورًا.
ما قد يُحتفظ به ومدته
- السجلات المالية التي يُلزمنا القانون أو يُلزم مالك العقار بالاحتفاظ بها، مثل سندات القبض والفواتير، تُحفظ فقط للمدة التي يحددها القانون ثم تُحذف.
- إذا كنت مستأجرًا، فقد يحتفظ مالك العقار بسجلات عقد الإيجار والدفعات الخاصة به لأغراضه القانونية والمحاسبية.
